Meet Foliage by Frager’s, our 500 square foot boutique plant and holiday store located at 1123 Pennsylvania Ave SE. 

 A Winter Wonderland

From October to January, Foliage converts into Capitol Hill's only free-standing holiday gift and décor shop, glittering with decorative holiday lights, ornaments, gift wrap, greeting cards, live and artificial trees, wreaths & garland, and décor. 

In the Spring and Summer seasons, Foliage is loaded with indoor plants, seasonal home décor items, birding supplies, and gardening essentials- but you can still shop these items in our hardware store, located next door at 1115 Pennsylvania Ave SE. We carry the largest selection of houseplants in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, offering customers more than 40 varieties of indoor plants and a wide selection of decorative pottery. The shop's back door leads customers into Frager's Garden Center, where customers can shop our massive selection of outdoor live goods year-round.
